As I say clearly - business is run by people, for the benefit of other people. The tangle of digital marketing and goal to be number one, is something all business owners face. We are all searching ways to improve our business visibility - but, more important - the narrowing down to locate those ideal clients who will work with us. And yes, we search in many locations when we are online.
But the key part we need to remember - a kinder business, a nicer business and one that aims to attract better - can save costs, too. It doesn't matter how to break it down - the realities vary for many different business owners. Often, we are our own worst enemies, too - falling for every possible boost option without strategy. I get it, I felt it - the cure isn't easy, at all.
If we take a look at the offer carefully - and, the tone of the business we run - are we resonating to people organically, well enough? A carefully curated advertising campaign is an awesome thing - but, if the business or offer sucks - or isn't appealing - would you buy?
The reality - this is not an easy topic to be 100% right on. No matter how much experience.
Things that we do know
People buy from people.
People love humour and self-awareness.
People love trends.
People use online to form decisions and make purchases.
People often get angry and upset because of tech.
People are complex.
People are loving, caring and capable - if we just look a bit deeper.
People just seek authentic people.
So, with all that said and done - it's worth to remember certain parts of this. Especially when we are making bigger financial decisions or taking steps in business. Overspend is a real thing - so a more cautious approach, helps.
